At From the Hill, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase date for a refund, exchange or store credit, subject to the following conditions: product must be in its original packaging and proof of purchase is required. 

To initiate a return, please contact us through email. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will process your refund, exchange or store credit within 3-7 days of receiving returned product and issued to the original method of payment. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
